You asked, and we listened. We’re unveiling some cosmetic yet important changes to navigation on our website today to address feedback we’ve received over the past 6 months.
You, our customers, have made it very clear that you want it to be incredibly easy to find the Sierra Monitor products you know and love. Although our previous attempt at delivering this leaves something to be desired. We placed our products front and center alright – but in the process, we covered up the rest of the page.
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear, and we’re really excited to be rolling out a much simpler website navigation structure going forward.
All your favorite Sierra Monitor products are still there – we promise. They’re just nestled into their own product groups now. All the supporting pages and navigation remain the same.
As always, every product page contains links to all the documentation, files, and manuals needed for each product.
In addition to the navigation swap, we’ve broken out our news, events, and blog pages so that it’s easier for you to find exactly what you’re looking for. We’ve also beefed up our solutions page and will continue to add case studies and application specific information as time goes on.
Have questions about support or functionality? The Support tab has all the software downloads (ie Toolbox) and protocol driver manuals your heart desires. Need to send our support team an email or give us a call? All of our contact details are listed there as well.
Finally, a few months ago we upgraded our in-site search capability. Give it a try and see if you get useful results.
