Sierra Monitor's innovative Intelesite™ system provides dynamic management and lead/lag control of cell site building environments and also offers power plant management during adverse power conditions. The system utilizes a modular architecture allowing distribution of intelligent, redundant functional nodes within the building.
 
Intelesite™ manages lead/lag control of air-conditioners, economy ventilation, smoke detection, load shedding, other critical site elements and various alarm parameters.

Improves Site Reliability

• Intelesite™ dual redundant air conditioner lead lag controls allow the Central Control Module to manage temperature settings, lead lag decisions and economy ventilation during normal conditions but pass control to individual air conditioner controls upon any failure.
• Fault sensing of each environment management device insures precise alarm notification.
• When economy ventilation is installed, and managed by Intelesite™, the duty cycle on each air conditioner is reduced with a corresponding reduction of frequency of maintenance.
• By implementing available serial and Ethernet protocol support Intelesite™ can become the central information terminal for intelligent controllers including standby generators, power plants, battery monitors or others.

Reduces Operating Costs

• Intelesite™ is a direct replacement, and in some cases an identical footprint, for all makes and models of thermostat/electromechanical HVAC controllers thus reducing procurement and installation costs.
• Intelesite™ is designed for easy, efficient retrofit installation and can be supplied in new structures on a modular basis conforming with the scope of work for structure suppliers and system integrators.
• Intelesite™ modularity enables carriers to design site specific systems requiring only the modules required for that site. Any number of air conditioners can be supported, economy ventilation can utilize Intelesite™ louver and fan sets or any other selection. DC load shed control, generator interface, and power plant/battery interface can be added on a modular basis.
