Smart Gas Detector Sensor/Transmitter - 4107 Series

This Smart Sensor/Transmitter series for toxic gas and oxygen deficiency provides a 2-line, 16-character digital display of gas concentration, non-intrusive calibration, 4-20 mA output signal, Modbus RTU serial communication, relay contact of high/low gas concentrations and extensive diagnostics.

The Smart Sensor/Transmitter feature accurate detection of the specified gas, local digital display (2-line, 16-character) of the gas concentration, linear 4-20 mA output, dual alarm relays, fault alarm, MODBUS communications interface and non-intrusive calibration and configuration. The 4107-02 uses catalytic bead sensor for combustible gas monitoring and the other 4107 series modules use electrochemical sensors for oxygen and toxic gas detection. Outputs from the 4107 series include:

  • Dual level alarms (visual and relay contacts)

  • Fault alarm, or third level alarm (visual and relay contacts)

  • 2-line, 16-character digital display for gas concentration, engineering units and name

  • Linear 4-20 mA analog output proportional to the gas concentration

  • Bi-directional RS-232/RS-485 Modbus protocol serial port
